Terms and Conditions
Our agreement with you regarding service delivery.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Sheriff's Electrical LTD. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Agreement
All work quotes and service agreements will be confirmed in writing (email or physical document). The final price may change if additional work or materials are required, subject to your prior approval.
2. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in the final invoice. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work commences. Failure to pay within the specified timeframe may result in service interruption or legal action.
3. Guarantees and Warranties
We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months from the date of completion, excluding damage caused by external factors, misuse, or repairs performed by third parties. Materials are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
4. Liability
Sheriff's Electrical LTD is fully insured. Our liability is limited to the value of the works performed, subject to UK law and the terms of our insurance policy.
5. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover travel and scheduling costs.
